ICCMI 2017 is supported by



The organizing committee of the 5th ICCMI 2017 would like to deeply thank all the delegates that participated in the Conference. The conference was held on June 21, 22 and 23 in Thessaloniki, Greece and the Special Session in Chalkidiki was held on June 24, 25.

The conference was hailed a success on an organizational and scientific level with delegates from all five continents participating.

The organizing committee expresses its thanks and gratitude to the sponsors of our Conference, to all the scientific committee members who ensured the quality of the papers, the keynote speaker Professor TC Melewar, the invited speaker Professor Neil Towers, Professor Emmanuella Plakoyiannaki, Associate Professor Valentini Kalargyrou and finally Professor George Avlonitis for chairing the Special Session in Chalkidiki. Furthermore, our gratitude should be extended to the two universities which co-organized the conference, Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and Manchester Metropolitan University and the collaborating journals. We would also like to thank Grand Hotel Palace in Thessaloniki which was the conference venue.

We, in the department of Business Administration of ATEI, are strongly committed to establishing the conference and holding it every year. It is our vision to develop ICCMI as an international platform for presenting research about marketing, exchanging ideas about it and thus, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in marketing for the benefit of both the academia and business.

Journals' Special Issues

Concerning the special issues authors should check the website regularly for information concerning the CFPs related to the 5th ICCMI 2017 which are gradually being uploaded. It is up to the authors to choose where and if to submit taking into account the topic of the paper as well as the thematic area of the particular CFPs. The papers to be submitted should be upgraded by at least 40-50% compared to the conference version. Simultaneously, concerning the four journals offering space for a few selected papers, eligible authors will be informed directly by the conference chairs in due time in order to make their submissions.
